The Chronicles of Dead men

Pushing the lever of the mill
Blind samson heart is full of regrets
He had taken grace for granted
The annoited now annuled
Shame,the strong now feeble
Many will be quick to blame Deliah
But Samson knows that its all his fault
The genes of Adam
Arrogance,lust,anger
He never allowed the fruits to grow
But basked in the glory of the gifts that are not His to share
He is brought back from His thoughts with a hard pull
Dragged to the temple of dagon to be mocked
He is now a motive for thanksgiving to the pagans
Samson remembers that his hair had began to grow again
A new spirit
A new hope
There is still a chance
As the world laughs and merry at the fall of a giant
Samson leaning on the pillars of falsehood
Says a sincere prayer
Willing to be a vessel of vengance
He bows with all his might
Letting go of everything
Droping it all at the cross
Dying with the phillistines
Dying with his desires
Dying with his wants
Dying to sin
Dying to self
And it is recorded "that at his death he killed more than he had ever done in his whole life".

Hearing the message from Mordecai
Esther knew this threat was serious.
Mordecai had told her the reason she became queen might just be for the now terror
Going back to her palace
She kneels and cry before her God
Then with a leap of faith
She sends a message
Ordering a fast
Then she died
Yes she died!
The moment she said "if I perish,I perish"
She died to her will
For the salvation of her people
To the glory of God
And was it not recorded that God gave her and the Jews victory?
Only the dead can experience victory
For death preceeds victory.
Ask The Christ.

All bow before King Nebuchadenz'zar
The trumpets sound
The drums roll
All bow before the then world authority
Before the golden statue
That same golden calf
Before the dictates of Babylon
Before her wealth and ideologies
The prince of the world
The pride of one
Leading the world astray to man and material-worship
But three men said No
"O Nebuchadenz'zar,we have no need to answer you in this matter. If be it so, our God will deliver us from the burning fiery furnance but if not, we will still not worship your idol".
That was their reply when questioned by the world most powerful man
Even with the threat of hell
They still stood confident
Have you said No to the world dictations?
Have you renounced the world ideologies even with the possibility of losing all?
Even with the threat of hell on earth?
"These men are dead" Nebuchadenz'zar is presumed to have said.
Of course they are dead
Not because the fire will kill them
But because they desire death over disobedience
And what was their reward?
Christ in the flames!
God is their reward
And the kingdom of babylon knew that there was a God greater than Nebuchadenz'zar.

Death where is thy sting?
For we are all dead
What is there to die
When the life we live is no longer ours but Jesus.
Are these and more not recorded in the Lamb's book of life?
