Man has been created
The Almighty is elated
The master piece
The final piece
Six days of work
On the seventh
He rests
God do not sleep
But He rested
The Holy Lord
Entered His rest
Keep the sabbath holy
Moses voice rings coldly
Work all six days
But on the seventh
No work
No labour
Even your animals
For this is the Lord's command
His desire
For a covenant with you and your generations
*Wherefore the children of Israel shall keep the sabbath, to observe the sabbath throughout their generations, for a perpetual covenant.
Stretch forth your hand
The withered arm is restored
A stir amongst the pharisees
Jesus had said
Is it lawful to do good on the sabbath or to do evil?
To save a life or to kill?
Numb and dumb
They look as Joseph brothers
I am the Lord of the sabbath
More confusion and anger
God had set an example
He entered His rest
He rested on the seventh day
He declared it holy
He hallowed it
He blessed it
The day of rest
The day of worship
The day of fellowship
The day of salvation
The day of deliverance
The day of sanctification
The seventh day is not a day of the week
It is today
It has been sabbath since Jesus died
He ushered us into the sabbath
Now we rest
We cease from all our works
We accept Jesus
The Lord of the sabbath
We rest
Rest on the perfection of the seventh day
Rest on the finished works of Christ
"Come all ye who are laboured and heavy laden and I will give ye rest"
Says Adonai of the sabbath
We keep the sabbath holy
Giving praise and worship all day
Any one that disobeys
That works on the sabbath
Shall experience the second death
The question now is
Have you being keeping the sabbath?
