Daddy is wealthy
Rich in virtues
Possessions beyond definition
Grand estates including the universe
The old man
Thoughts torturing his sleep
He is rich
He is wealthy
Successful
Influential
Who will succeed this tycoon?
Who will manage this wealth?
Even as he rolls with discomfort on his comfortable bed
He thinks about his sons
All those that are related
The old man is dead
His life is celebrated
He has lived well
He was indeed great
His family gathers
All those related assemble
His friends and associates
No stranger is seen
For only family can partake in His will
There must be death before Will
The possessor must die for the heir to be the possessor
The King had a Will
His virtues and possessions willed to His children
But death before Will
So He came
In flesh He came
Lived the life to be inherited
The spotless life
The prosperous life
The victorious life
Then He died
Died so we can access His will
Posses His willed lived life by faith
After His victorious ascension
The Holy Spirit comes
The custodian and revealer of the Father's will
He is still reading that Will today
Telling us of our inheritance in Christ
What the father willed
Our share and part in it
But only those that know Him
Only those that He knows as friend and family
Can indeed be partakers of this inheritance
Do you feel sad because you are not part of that company?
He can still know you
And you can still know Him
He died but still lives
So come join this grand family
The company of the firstborns
For it is the will of the Father that all men should come to the knowledge of Him.
